Learn how to make pork stir fry noodles
Sauce
1/3 cup Oyster sauce
1/3 cup Thin soy sauce
1/4 cup Fish sauce
Add salt to taste
Add black pepper to taste
Ingredients
Ground pork
1 pack Sweet Korean Potato Noodles
Bamboo shoot
Carrots
Mushrooms
Green onions
Cilantros
1Soak the noodles in luke warm water for 40 minutes. Set aside.
2In a frying pan, cook the ground pork until evenly brown.
3Add the bamboo and cook for 5 minutes.
4Add the mushrooms, noodles and carrots. Add salt to taste. Stir well.
5Pour the seasoning over the noodles and continue stirring until the noodles are cooked (soft but not soggy).
6Turn off the stove and garnish with green onion and cilantros, if desired.
