Pork with Tomatoes, Ginger and Lemongrass

Learn how to make the classic pork with tomatoes, ginger and lemongrass.

Ingredients

2 lbs ground pork or desired protein

6 pieces of ginger

6 pieces of lemongrass

3 chopped tomatoes

1 cup chopped cilantros

1 cup chopped green onions

2 cups water

Directions

1Dice the tomatoes, slice the ginger and lemongrass, and chop the green onions. Set aside.

2Add about 2 pounds of ground pork and cook until it's no longer red then add the ginger and salt to taste. Cook for about 2 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and cook the tomatoes until they are a little mushy.

4Add 2 cups of water and lemongrass and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
